Without a maintenance and support plan you are entitled to technical support for one month after your website is launched. This service gives you the peace of mind that we will always be on hand to answer any question you may have on an ongoing basis after your one month of free support has expired.

We will provide a facility on your website contact form where your website visitors can select a category for ‘Website problems’, these messages are then delivered directly to us and we deal with the issue accordingly, leaving you to run your business free of any worry about website issues.
Ongoing security updates to your website
This is a very important part of our ongoing service and if your website is a critical asset to your business it’s probably the biggest reason to avail of our maintenance services. Hackers are constantly finding and exploiting security vulnerabilities in websites which means that website software must be kept up to date with the latest patches to ensure the website is secure. This affects every type of website on the internet, no matter how secure and robust a website is today it could be vulnerable in future. Our framework (Drupal) is one of the most secure in the world and is used by many government agencies for their websites, but it is still not completely immune to security vulnerabilities and it is therefore advisable to patch and update the core website software on a regular basis. After your website has been launched, you may have many new ideas or plans to progress your business. We will be on hand to advise and assist with any matter which is internet, IT, or technology related (it doesn't necessarily have to be related to your website). We have several clients who use our maintenace and support plan purely for the consultancy aspect, as they find our expertise and advice vaulable in a range of matters.
If you would like to change any aspect of how your website looks, like graphics, colours, layout etc., we can work on your requested changes for a set amount of time in any month. If your requirements take more than the allocated time we can continue and just bill at our hourly rate for the remaining time, or you can simply wait until the next month and we can continue the work at no extra charge.
Normally you will have the ability to update text and image content yourself but if you do not have the time or resources we can carry out these updates as part of your maintenance package.
Modifications to website functionality
We can change how your website works by modifying any existing feature or developing new features, this is ideal for minor changes or small additions of functionality.
Website technologies are rapidly evolving and newer methods of doing things appear on a regular basis. If you subscribe to our Business plan we will proactively update all of your website functionality and code with the newest features and methods as they are released. For example if you have an event calendar feature on your website and at a later date we begin using a newer and better calendar feature, we will update your website automatically. This does not require any inervention or requests from you, we will do this on an ongoing basis but we will always provide you with a report on what we can do to improve your website, you then decide if we should proceed.
